What has Happened to Justice?
JUSTICE, is the quality of being just and fair. The federal government is responsible for enforcing federal laws, created in 1870.

/Oregon News Articles/ - SALEM, OR, August 06, 2005 - Stan was deprived of his copyright property, without due process of the "LAW." Stan's copyright property was taken without any condition, nor just compensation, from his work injury, just because attorneys in Oregon cried to a judge. Attorneys worried about their stupidity and their poor ability to understand. Attorneys took by force, Stan's copyright property, into their own hands, creating a phony Writ of Execution, having the sheriffs' department enforce the writ of execution.

The attorneys want the State of Oregon, Marion County sheriffs' department to sell Stan's copyright property to the public, at a public auction. The attorneys do not care about Stan's copyright work, which he has spent years in writing this life story.

Should Stan be allowed to present evidence in this case? Does anyone care about what his copyright actually contains? Stan wrote his book about how Dillingham Ship Repair didn't pay his employee benefits for twenty-two years, his book contains factual events in his recovery when he got hurt from an accident on the job at Dillingham Ship Repair. Stan injuries, were so bad, recovering from a vegetable, 99% percent dead, paralyzed, mute, could not move his mouth, tongue, or even swallow, and with no feelings. Stan communicated by blinking his eyes, one blink for yes, and two blinks for a no. Had lost all memory of what had happened to him, and who he was!

Stans' copyright contains so much information about his court cases that he was in. For years Stan has been recording court documents in the Copyright Office too back up every detail he has written about in his fight for justice, from the beginning of his extraordinary fight for justice, to the seizer of his copyright. Stan has added government materials and laws to his copyright, his trademark, doctor reports, attorneys names, address and phone numbers of attorneys and their firms. Witness names and waivers filed by the attorneys.

Stan should be allowed to present his evidence to back up his story. Stan has fought so hard to get to this stage in his life. Stan wants to move on. "He needs closure."
