He is bicycling around the continental United States over the next two years speaking to a variety of audiences along the way. His primary cause is to pass along basic tools for resolving conflict to help people improve their personal and professional lives, but in the process delivers entertaining stories of his adventures and the motivational message that "ordinary people" can accomplish great things. Trimble brings with the distinct ability to translate his "Conflict Toolkit" into easy, understandable terms.
