With the use of Internet Data Exchange (IDX) technology, potential clients in Clackamas, Ore. and surrounding areas can now easily browse thousands of property listings in the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS). IDX Broker extracts the raw listing data and formats it so that it appears as a seamlessly integrated part of Kennedy's website.

The easy-to-use custom IDX solution allows clients to choose from five different search categories to begin their quest for their ideal property: basic, advanced, map, address, or listing ID. Each of these methods has its own benefits, but the most comprehensive is the advanced search which allows clients to narrow down property results using a number of detail categories including school, view, waterfront, basement or foundations, and exterior type. Clients can elect to save their searches and sign up to receive automatic email updates when properties matching their specifications become available on RMLS.
