International Consulting Firm on the Move: New Employees Bring Broad Experience to Boutique Practice
International, boutique consulting firm based in Portland, OR has brought on several new associates to manage existing client projects and develop new business initiatives.

PORTLAND, OR, October 04, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Aginsky Consulting Group (ACG) announced the addition of three new associates today as the firm continues to expand its client base. Each associate will service existing client projects as well as pursue new business initiatives in consumer goods, IT outsourcing, real estate, and government.

"Our team will give ACG the depth of experience to assist clients in new areas where we historically had been inactive," said managing director Alexander Aginsky. "Each new associate brings a unique blend of knowledge, capabilities and intellectual curiosity, dimensions that are crucial in a successful client engagement."

Yudhi Patel's 20 years of experience in operations management and strategic sourcing in India, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia will help ACG to expand beyond its historical focus in the Russian/CIS market. Additionally, as a senior advisor, Mr. Patel will help ACG to identify and capture new strategic opportunities. Mr. Patel has worked in senior management positions for several Portland-area companies including Nike, Logitech, and Tektronix in the areas of lean manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, and manufacturing outsourcing. Mr. Patel holds an MBA from UCLA and an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, the most prestigious technical university in India.

Vlad Poppel will utilize his extensive managerial experience in branding, assortment planning and supply chain optimization to support ACG's burgeoning Russia/CIS strategic market entry practice. Prior to joining ACG, he developed accounts in Europe and Russia for Intel's LAN Access Division. Additionally, Mr. Poppel served as Marketing Director for a leading Russian toy manufacturer, Simbat Toys, where he was responsible for product development and market penetration strategy. Mr. Poppel holds masters degrees in Economics and Geomatic Engineering and is currently finishing his MBA at Marylhurst University.

Greg Fry will focus on leveraging ACG's unique position as a loan originator and political risk insurance underwriter with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). Mr. Fry received his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. His experience includes managing marketing and business development efforts for a government relations and public affairs firm in Washington, D.C, as well as communications and outreach for a U.S. State Department-funded non-profit organization.
